Marchex Voicestar has officially launched its rebranded service as Marchex Call Analytics.

From an email to current partners:

I would like to inform you of some changes coming to Marchex Voicestar.  Effective today, Marchex Voicestar will now be known as Marchex Call Analytics.  Please note, that as part of the name transition we will also be updating our billing information.  Within the next month, your monthly invoices will no longer be from Marchex Voice Services but from Marchex Sales Inc.

How Will This Impact My Business?
The name and billing changes will not impact your business; you will still receive the same high standard of product performance and customer service you have come to expect from us.

For now, the online admin and reporting interface are still branded Voicestar but company salespeople have indicated a major overhaul is in the works (and apparently has been for quite some time). No ETA on the new customer-facing dashboards.

As a Marchex Call Analytics customer, I can honestly say the web dashboard overhaul is long overdue.
