Competition is good for business. It breeds innovation, lower costs and more choice for consumers. An established player in the call tracking game launched a few new features and capabilities today to offer marketers more choice and flexibility when choosing a call tracking vendor.

Ifbyphone’s SourceTrak is a full-featured, VOIP-based call tracking solution for marketers that want to understand which advertising channels are actually generating phone calls and leads.

Among the new capabilities are:

  • Dynamic grouping of keywords, ad groups, etc. - To accommodate larger online marketing campaigns, SourceTrak Dynamic Groups supports tracking more traffic sources with less phone numbers by grouping traffic sources and phone numbers into shared groups.
  • Session-based call trackingSourceTrak Session enables marketers to track an unlimited number of keywords, domains, or pay-per-click ads without predefining traffic sources.
